The 6th edition of Verão Clássico, the summer event par excellence in the Portuguese capital where it occupies the place of honor of classical music.

Since 2015, Verão Clássico has grown, showing the resilient side of culture. Fighting against winds and tides, the festival director managed the feat of expanding the event to new venues such as the Palácio Fronteira, the Thalia Theater, the Palácio das Laranjeiras and the National Conservatory of Lisbon. It is in them that the festival will develop the other strand, the educational-pedagogical one directed to 200 instrumentalists enrolled in masterclasses taught under the guidance of musicians of international excellence such as the violinists Jack Liebeck, Mihaela Martin and Tedi Papavrami, the bassist Janne Saksala, the singer Anna Samuil, cellists Gary Hoffman, Kyril Zlotnikov and Frans Helmerson, clarinetist Pascal Moraguès and pianists Eldar Nebolsin and Henri Sigfridsson, among many others.

It is worth mentioning this combination in Lisbon, in the space of ten days of musicians of the highest order.

The event, open to all audiences and with some free admission recitals, will have outstanding moments like those of the three biggest concerts designated as Masterfest presented at the Thalia Theater.
